1. About EggTrust
EggTrust is an independently operated platform facilitating cryptocurrency transactions. EggTrust is not a bank, money transmitter, or investment platform.
2. Platform Purpose
- • Escrow / middleman protection
- • Cryptocurrency swaps
- • Peer-to-peer (P2P) exchange
- • Fiat-to-crypto exchange via exchangers
3. Platform Access
- • All services provided through official Discord bot
- • Valid Discord account required
- • No account registration on website
4. Escrow Services
Funds are held in temporary wallets until conditions are met. Once released, transactions are irreversible.
5. Dispute Resolution
- • Disputes reviewed by admin team
- • Evidence may be requested
- • All decisions are final
6. Authorized Exchangers
Exchangers are vetted and deposit security collateral. Maximum trade limits are based on deposited amounts.
7. Refund Policy
Refunds only for trades inside official channels with authorized exchangers. Maximum refund equals exchanger's security deposit.
8. Prohibited Activities
EggTrust may not be used for illegal activities. Violation results in immediate suspension.
9. Fees

- • Third-party fees for swaps
10. Limitation of Liability
EggTrust is not liable for loss of funds, market losses, or user error. Maximum liability limited to available exchanger security deposits.
