We collect only the minimum information required to operate safely and never monetize user data. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, stored, and protected when you access or use the EggTrust platform.

1. Information We Collect

We collect

  • Discord User ID
  • Discord username and discriminator
  • Ticket and transaction references
  • Wallet addresses used within platform services
  • Transaction hashes and on-chain references

We do NOT collect

  • Real names
  • Government identification
  • Phone numbers
  • Email addresses (unless voluntarily provided for support)
  • Payment card details
  • Bank account information
  • Wallet private keys or recovery phrases

2. Wallet & Security Information

EggTrust is a non-custodial platform. We do not:

  • Access user wallets
  • Store private keys
  • Control user funds outside escrow logic

EggTrust will never request private keys, seed phrases, wallet recovery phrases, or wallet passwords under any circumstances. Any individual requesting such information is not affiliated with EggTrust.

3. How We Use Information

Information is used strictly to:

  • Operate escrow and exchange services
  • Verify transactions and prevent fraud
  • Resolve disputes
  • Enforce platform rules
  • Provide customer support

We do not use user data for advertising or marketing.

4. Messages & Ticket Logs

  • Support tickets and messages may be logged
  • Used strictly for dispute resolution and fraud prevention
  • Stored securely with restricted internal access

5. Website Data

EggTrust does not intentionally store or profile IP addresses. Temporary network metadata may be processed automatically by hosting or security providers solely for abuse prevention and system integrity.

EggTrust does not use:

  • Tracking cookies
  • Analytics profiling
  • Behavioral advertising

6. Third-Party Services

EggTrust may rely on:

  • Blockchain networks
  • Hosting providers
  • Infrastructure security tools

These services process only what is required to operate securely.

7. Data Storage & Security

  • Regular internal security audits

No system is 100% secure, but we apply industry-standard safeguards.

Security Responsibility

EggTrust is a non-custodial platform. Users are solely responsible for securing their own wallets, credentials, and Discord accounts. EggTrust cannot recover lost private keys or reverse blockchain transactions.

8. Data Retention

Data is retained only as long as necessary for dispute resolution, fraud prevention, compliance obligations, or enforcement of platform rules. Once no longer required, data is securely deleted or anonymized.

9. Your Rights

You may:

  • Request access to stored data
  • Request deletion where legally permissible
  • Contact support for privacy concerns

Requests may require identity verification.

10. Children’s Privacy

EggTrust is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

11. International Users

EggTrust operates globally. By accessing or using EggTrust, you acknowledge and consent to the processing and storage of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy, regardless of your country of residence.
